SPORTFISHING RATES - big kid

The Big Kid is a 48′ Viking Sportfishing convertible and is able to comfortably accommodate up to 6 passengers. The Big Kid runs both Inshore and Offshore Charter trips. Below is a breakdown of our current rates for sportfishing on this vessel:

BIG KID:

2024 Inshore Charters:

Blues, Striped Bass, Fluke, Sea Bass or Bottom: up to 6 passengers up to 7 hours:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: $2,000.00 + 20% gratuity
Monday – Thursday: $2,000.00 + 20% gratuity

Sunset, Fireworks, or Fun In The Sun Cruises: up to 6 passengers up to 3 hours:
$1,500.00 + 20% gratuity

All Rates Include:

free parking (up until 4 pm)
bait and startup tackle
use of rods and reels
fishing instruction/assistance if needed
fish cleaning/wrapping

Misc.:

A $500 deposit is required of all single day charters and a $1,000 deposit is required for all extended trips, such as tuna trips.
Lost standard stand up rod fee is $400 each.
Charters for up to 6 passengers.
Additional fuel charges will be applied to base charter price if fuel exceeds $4.00 per gallon.
On the BIG KID your charter has exclusive use of the boat. For the group rates your party DOES NOT share the boat with other groups.

2024 Offshore Charters:

Tuna/Mahi Trolling or Shark: up to 35 miles and 12 hours; up to 6 passengers, food and beverage included:
$4,500.00 + 20% gratuity

Canyon Day Trolling: up to 16 hours; up to 6 passengers:
$5,000.00 + 20% gratuity

Canyon Over Night Chunk and or Troll Tuna/Marlin/Shark/Sword or Mahi: 24-30 hours; up to 6 passengers, food and beverage included:
$6,500.00 + 20% gratuity

Offshore Wreck Fishing: up to 50 miles and 12 hours; up to 6 passengers:
$4,500.00 + 20% gratuity

Tips:

Tips for the crew are NOT included. A customary tip of 20% is appreciated and more can be given for excellent service.

Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

The Captain determines whether to cancel any trip due to weather or sea conditions. Cancelled charters are rescheduled. If rescheduling cannot occur that season, the deposit will carry to the following season. If your charter group does not show the day of your charter, the deposit is forfeited.
