MORE ABOUT OUR FISHING CHARTERS:
This page is dedicated to those we have lost over the years and are dearly missed…
Captain Mick started in 1949 as a bait boy and became one of the most experienced wreck fisherman in the Northeast for over 50 years. Mick’s ability and dedication to putting as many fish on the boat as possible was unsurpassed by anyone in the industry. Mick was a graduate from the “School of hard knocks”, commanded numerous vessels and taught most of the captains in the Belmar area today. Those that had the opportunity to fish with, learn from and call him a friend were truly blessed.
Captain Mickey’s ashes were committed to the sea so we can say that he may gone but he’s still out there with us.
